Shipping Policies

Our online store currently only ship within Canada. If you are from outside of Canada and would like to make a purchase please contact us directly at and we will provide you a custom shipment quote.

Free local pickup is available for those in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. At checkout please select Local Pickup. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an e-mail with pickup address as well as possible pickup times.

All large scale commissions in the Winnipeg area will be hand delivered. Once commission is created we will reach out to you to discuss delivery dates.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the mail.

Items are shipped through Canada Post Letter Mail, therefore they do not come with a tracking number. Please select the extra tracking option when checking out if you'd like to add it.

Due to Covid, there are possible delays on shipment. Due to this, refunds for "missing/delayed" items will not be issued until after 60 days from shipment to ensure adequate time for delivery. To ensure item(s) get to you quickly and safely, please select tracking on your orders at checkout. Without tracking I am unable to trace location of packages.
