Step 1: Reserve Your Date & Place Your Order

Using our intake form, please contact us about your date and order. Once we receive your form, we will send you back a contract and invoice for your deposit. To ensure our product quality, we only take on limited events per month. So please book well in advance if possible. We recommend 3-6 months, especially if your event falls during the busy seasons (May, June, September & October are our busiest months). Please note, for custom pieces we only offer items on our bouquet preservation product list, or custom items that have been discussed with artist, this does not include our ready made items.

Step 2: Drop Off Or Ship Us Your Flowers

Once your event is over, we request you provide us with your flowers within 48 hours. This is to ensure that we are able to preserve your flowers while they are in the best possible conditions. If you are from outside of Manitoba, and will be shipping us your flowers please ship them using an overnight service. You will be provided with detailed instructions on how to ship your flowers to ensure they arrive in great condition. Please note: we only accept flowers from within Canada.

Step 3: We Create Your Custom Pieces

Once we receive your flowers we begin working right away. First, we dry and/or press your flowers. Once they are ready, we design your pieces using your design preferences. After the design process, we begin creating your pieces. This process includes pouring multiple layers of resin, sanding your pieces, applying a top coat to ensure your piece is as durable and glossy as possible, a final curing process, followed by a final polish and packaging. Bouquet preservation is a lengthly process, which cannot be rushed without sacrificing quality. Please be patient, we know you are excited to receive your pieces, but we promise the wait is worth it.

Step 4: Pick Up Or Shipping

Yay! Your order is complete! Once your order is ready for you, you will receive an email with local pickup instructions, or an email to confirm shipping address.
